2.3 If jiliasia8 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, jiliasia8 will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers placed, and return any deposits made (less any winnings derived from such wagers) to the payment method used for deposit.
2.4 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2. Any misrepresentation of your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.5 Account registration and use of the jiliasia8 Platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, nor may you allow any other person to use your account.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliasia8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
4.2 You agree to notify jiliasia8 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account, any unauthorized use of your password, or any other breach of security. jiliasia8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 jiliasia8 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from jiliasia8 requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
4.4 All activity conducted through your jiliasia8 account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified jiliasia8 of a security breach in accordance with clause 4.2 above.
4.5 jiliasia8 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable any additional security features made available on the Platform, including mobile number verification and two-factor authentication where offered.
5.1 jiliasia8 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by your issuing bank.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. jiliasia8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change. Current deposit limits are displayed within your jiliasia8 account dashboard at the time of deposit.
5.4 jiliasia8 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine financial regulations. Deposits made via credit card will be declined.
5.5 All transactions on the jiliasia8 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliasia8 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your payment provider.
5.6 jiliasia8 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jiliasia8 accepts no responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jiliasia8's payments team following a formal request.
6.2 Before processing any withdrawal, jiliasia8 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures. This may include submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jiliasia8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. 7.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) and may only be used on the jiliasia8 Platform. Bonuses have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
7.3 jiliasia8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering will not be retroactively cancelled without reasonable cause.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of jiliasia8's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliasia8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 jiliasia8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliasia8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jiliasia8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiliasia8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliasia8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.3 Where an account is terminated by jiliasia8 due to a breach of these Terms, jiliasia8 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, jiliasia8 may forfeit the account balance and report the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

14.2 jiliasia8 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable Philippine law, including compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.

15.2 The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the jiliasia8 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 In the event of any dispute between you and jiliasia8, you agree to first contact jiliasia8's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. jiliasia8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to such regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms as may be available under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
16.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent jiliasia8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
